I am Jeff Richards, the Senior Pastor at Grass Valley SDA church. I have been here since 2014 but have been a pastor, specifically a youth or family pastor, since 1999. Even though I have a Master in Divinity from Andrews Seminary, my biggest accomplishment is finding the best life partner in Stephanie. We consider it our richest reward to find ourselves a family with five boys and one girl.

I was born and raised in Central California, but I met and married my love, Stephanie, here in Placer/Nevada County. Seeing people blossom in their relationship with Christ and living out their purpose is something that brings me joy. I enjoy most sports, but table tennis, racquetball, and baseball are my favorites. I’m passionate about education and find history and counseling to be fascinating topics.
